Bring lawn chairs or blankets for one of the best waterfront fireworks displays in Indian River County.

Vero Beach – USA All Day: Pioneers to Paradise Celebration

Bonus Event

Jensen Beach – Beachside Fireworks Viewing

Jensen Beach does not host a large municipal fireworks show of its own in 2026, but it's one of the area's favorite places to enjoy the holiday.

Many residents and visitors spend the day at Jensen Beach before heading to nearby Stuart or Fort Pierce for evening festivities. Waterfront parks and beaches also offer opportunities to view fireworks from neighboring communities across the water.

Stuart – America's 250 Celebration

Location: Flagler Park and Downtown Riverwalk, 201 SW Flagler Avenue

Stuart's annual Fourth of July celebration expands this year to commemorate America's 250th birthday.

Festivities include:

  • Kids' activities

  • Food trucks

  • Live entertainment

  • Golf Cart Parade

  • Outdoor showing of National Treasure

  • Fireworks over the St. Lucie River

Schedule

  • 4:30 p.m. – Festival begins

  • 6:00 p.m. – Outdoor movie

  • 9:00 p.m. – Fireworks

Downtown Stuart's riverfront provides excellent viewing from Flagler Park, the Riverwalk, and nearby waterfront restaurants.

Helpful Tips

  • Arrive early—parking fills quickly, especially for waterfront venues.

  • Bring lawn chairs, blankets, sunscreen, and bug spray.

  • Consider using rideshare services or downtown shuttle options where available.

  • Remember that fireworks begin around 9 p.m. at most Treasure Coast celebrations.

  • Many events are free and family-friendly.

  • Don't bring your own fireworks.

Happy Independence Day.
