Friday, August 16th, get ready for the coolest cookout on the Treasure Coast. Get out your grooviest tie-dye threads! The 9th Annual Grill Out Night will take you back to the time of peace and love for a far-out evening filled with fun!
This family-friendly event invites folks to get out and visit participating businesses during the notoriously slower months of summer. It is designed to spark activity and interest in our local establishments and provides a perfect opportunity for retailers and restaurants to extend some customer appreciation. Many locations will be providing music, face painting, door-prizes, and other entertainment. Summer sales and specials will also be available at most locations and event-goers will be able to savor deliciously grilled nibbles as they stroll from business to business.
Speaking of food – we can’t forget to mention “Peace, Love and Pineapple”. What would a summertime event be without this perfectly refreshing fruit? Businesses are encouraged to incorporate pineapple into their treats and drinks. From salsas and salads, to beverages and desserts, there will be something perfectly pineapple for everyone to enjoy! It’s a fun way for businesses to get creative with their offerings.
This year’s event brings in some rad new elements! Event-goers will be able to enjoy summer savings through August and September with the “Hot Deals” coupon book available on the evening of Grill Out Night. The Grill Out Night Passport, another new element, gives folks the opportunity to learn something new about each participating business. Completed Passports can be returned to the Chamber at the new Sizzle Down Ceremony for a chance to win a GRAND PRIZE!
Maps of participating businesses will be available to pick up at the Sebastian River Area Chamber office beginning August 12th. Coupon Books and Passports will be available on August 16th during Grill Out Night.
