Walking Tree Brewery will be proudly celebrating their 3-year anniversary on Saturday, July 20th at 3209 Dodger Rd. in Vero Beach Florida. Festivities will go from noon to 10 pm and include special beer releases, food trucks, live music, limited release t-shirts, a dunk tank benefiting the Veterans Council of Indian River County and more. Live performances by the Humdingers, East Harbor, Firewater Tent Revival, and Hot Pink. Bring the family for a day of fun and beer.
Walking Tree Brewery has achieved quite a bit in their short tenure on the Treasure Coast of Florida winning several Best Florida Beer Awards, a Bronze medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival for their Duke Snider’s Imperial Stout and Silver Medal at the 2018 Great American Beer Festival for their Barnacled Manatee Barley Wine. In addition to it’s several accolades, Walking Tree Brewery has also been a vessel to give back to the community that most of its employees grew up in. “I feel honored to work for a company that cares so deeply for its community. It’s a great opportunity to offer our unique space to non-profits and help them exceed their fundraising initiatives,” said Amanda Martin, Event Coordinator and Tasting Room Manager. Over the last three years Walking Tree Brewery has raised thousands of dollars for local, state and national non-profits including the Coastal Conservation Association, the Veterans Council of Indian River County, HALO, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, the Humane Society, Keep Indian River Beautiful, Citizens for Clean Water, the Boys and Girls Club and several others.
Walking Tree Brewery will also be releasing their 2019 Bourbon Barrel Aged Duke Snider’s Imperial Stout. Duke Snider’s Imperial Stout was awarded the bronze medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival and has been patiently aged for 18 months in bourbon barrels creating a remarkably complex and rich Imperial Stout that remains one of Walking Tree Breweries most anticipated releases. Barrel Aged Duke’s will be available in 22oz bottles for $15 the day of the event. Don’t miss out and be sure to grab a bottle.
